- Second Place Winner will receive a $500 scholarship to the Florida college or technical career institution of your choice and a resolution from the Florida Black Caucus of Local Elected Officials (FBC-LEO).
- Third Place Winner will receive a $250 scholarship to the Florida college or technical career institution of your choice and a resolution from the Florida Black Caucus of Local Elected Officials (FBC-LEO).
Entry Requirements and Instructions:
You must be an eleventh- or twelfth-grader in an FBC-LEO member municipality during the 2024-2025 school year.
