Welcome!

On behalf of the officers and board members of the Florida Black Caucus of Local Elected Officials, Inc. (FBC-LEO), welcome to our official website where you will find information about our organization and the issues we support.

Our organization is here to assist elected officials and our members to better serve Florida communities, and we can only do this by members partnering with key stakeholders addressing pertinent issues to make Florida the ideal place for us to live, work and play.

It is my desire to ensure that the organization provides the tools necessary for continual development of our members as they become effective advocates benefiting the many municipalities throughout our state.

Sincerely,

Phillip E. Walker, President
City Commissioner, City of Lakeland
